Property Building in Extended Stay America Suites - Miami - Airport - Blue Lagoon
My family and I came from out of town for a family emergency and quickly needed a place to stay. Other hotels were completely booked or weren't clean. After calling this hotel and explaining our situation they allow us to come right away to get a room (3 in the morning). It all worked out especially being that I have an 8-week old baby. Other than the noise from the workers doing work in the rooms next to us I will book again.

Location was really good, thankfully. Didn't like the breakfast to much. I didn't know it was gonna be a grab n go. Depending on who worked the morning Depending on if they kept coffee n stuff stocked. Then I found out a coffee machine can be provided with the coffee so I just did that instead n sadly had to buy breakfast elsewhere

The manager was awesome. Response time was good and they have listening ears. They are ready to go extra miles to make your stay as best as possible. Kudos to all of them.
